What happened to LiteTouch?
LiteTouch was a good system. It was built to last, and plenty of panels installed twenty and thirty years ago are still working.
The company changed hands twice, and in 2015, the new owner shut the product line down completely. No new parts, no support, no software. Anything still available today is salvaged from other homes, and that supply is running out.
South Florida has hundreds of these systems, most of them in homes built or renovated during the custom construction boom of the late 1990s and 2000s.
There is a real fix
Lutron, the largest lighting control manufacturer in the country, built a replacement designed specifically for LiteTouch homes. It installs into the same panel you already have and connects to the same wiring already running through your walls. For most homes, that means:

- Your keypads stay in the same locations
- The work happens in your panel, not throughout the house
- You end up on a current system with a warranty and ongoing support
