Effective October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information Interseckt Corporation ("Interseckt," "we," or "us") collects through interseckt.com, how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have. It covers the website and the forms, chat, newsletter sign-up, and payment links on it.
When you visit the site, our tools and the services we use collect your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or ad that brought you here. Our session recording tool also records clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement on our pages. This is done with cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We use it to answer your inquiries and prepare proposals, provide our services and process your payments, send the newsletter you asked for, measure which ads and pages bring us inquiries, improve the website, block spam and fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link at the bottom of every issue.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of our website and business for us:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Interseckt, our clients, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
We advertise on Google. Google Ads tags on our site record when a visit from one of our ads leads to an inquiry, and Google may use your visit to show you our ads on other websites.
When you submit a form, we may send Google a hashed (encoded) copy of the email address or phone number you entered, so we can measure whether our ads led to your inquiry. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can turn off personalized Google ads at My Ad Center, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance. Opting out stops personalized ads, not all ads.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website, through behavior metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve the site. Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies. Microsoft may collect and use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We use cookies that the site needs to work, analytics cookies that show us how the site is used, and advertising cookies that measure and deliver our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as expected without them. You can also block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website does not currently respond to these signals, and the third-party services listed above may not either.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use the form on our contact page or call us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.
We keep personal information as long as we need it to serve you, run our business, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in Florida. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed and stored in the United States.
Our site links to websites we do not control, including manufacturer sites and our payment providers. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
For questions about this policy or your information, use the form on our contact page, call (305) 448-7899, or write to Interseckt Corporation, 2307 S. Douglas Road, Suite 101, Coral Gables, FL 33145.
