Residential Projects
Prive Residence
Work was recently finished at various apartments in the Prive condominium in Aventura. Systems installed include a lighting control system, motorized shades, network, and various audiovisual systems. Brands used include Crestron, Leon Speakers, Lutron, Media Décor, Sonance, Sony, Pakedge, and many others.
Ritz-Carlton Residences
Our team recently finished work at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach. Systems installed include a dedicated theater, CCTV and access control systems, building-wide network, background music systems, as well as the infrastructure cabling for all the units. Brands used in the project include Crestron, Cisco Meraki, Siedle, Sonance, DP, and many others.
Miami Beach PH
This was a very high end and elaborate penthouse project in one of the most prestigious buildings in Miami. Maintaining the high design standards was a priority. Much of the technology in the apartment was concealed without affecting performance. Principal components: Crestron, Lutron, Planar, and Trufig.
Miami Beach Apartment
The system in this apartment was designed for an art collector so it was important to conceal most of the technology elements. For example, we made the speaker finish match the wood veneer of the cabinets in several areas. Major brands of components used include Crestron, Lutron, NAD, Sonance, and Sony.
Apartment in Key Biscayne
This apartment is in one of the newest buildings in Key Biscayne. We designed and installed a fully integrated system that includes control of audio, video, window shades, climate, lights, and several other systems. Major brands of components used include Control4, Dali, LG, and Lutron.
Turk and Caicos Home
This island home in Turk and Caicos was designed as a vacation escape for the client. It included great performing audiovisual systems blended with beautiful decorations.
Sea Island Resort
We worked with a major hospitality company to outfit about 40 new homes in Sea Island, Georgia with technology and audiovisual systems. Systems included a property wide wireless network as well as audio and video systems in each home. The systems were designed so that property managers could easily and efficiently manage the homes.
Little Dix Bay Home
This island home in Little Dix Bay was designed as a vacation retreat for the client. It included several audiovisual systems within a beautifully designed tropical home environment.
Lake Tahoe Home
Interseckt outfitted this winter vacation home in Lake Tahoe, Nevada home with several audiovisual and technology systems that provided the client with all the amenities of a modern home.
Wailea Hawaii Home
We outfitted this beautiful home in the island of Maui, Hawaii with high performing AV and technology systems to provide the vacationing owner a great experience. Our team coordinated all the logistics of assembling, shipping, and installing the equipment so far from our home base. Interseckt technicians then travelled to the location to install and complete the solution.
Kohala Hawaii Home
We installed in this beautiful home in Kohala in the big island of Hawaii high performing audiovisual and technology systems to provide the vacationing owner a great experience.
Grand Cayman Home
This island retreat in Grand Cayman was designed as a vacation island retreat for the client. It included several audiovisual systems within a beautifully designed tropical home environment.
Harbour Island Home
Interseckt’s team designed the technology systems of this secluded tropical home in careful coordination with the home owner and designer. The home opens fully to the ocean as well as to the lush island’s surroundings on the other side. The technology systems are concealed to not affect the aesthetics of the home.
Abaco Home
We worked with a very established property developer to outfit about a dozen new homes with technology and audiovisual systems in Abaco, Bahamas. The systems were designed with a focus on reliability because of the remote nature of the location. The systems are still in operation today after many years of use.
Caribbean Estate
This project was composed of 4 buildings on an island in the Bahamas. The design included the installation of a fiber-optic network connecting all the buildings in the property. Reliability was key because of the remote location of this project. Principal components: Cisco Meraki, LG, Siedle, and Visualint.
Apartment in Coconut Grove
This high performing theater in an apartment in Coconut Grove includes Thiel speakers, a Kaleidescape system, a DP projector concealed within a wall, and a matched Stewart Filmscreen motorized projection screen. All within a fully integrated Crestron system that controls lights, shades, and many other systems.
Apartment in Bal Harbour
This apartment is in one of the most exclusive condominium residences in Bal Harbour. We designed and installed a fully integrated system that includes control of audio, video, window shades, climate, lights, and several other systems. Major brands of components used include Control4, Lutron, and Sonance.
Ritz-Carlton RMB Villa
Interseckt outfitted this villa with numerous technology systems to enhance the sales efforts of the project’s staff. One of the areas has a 15 display video matrix where potential buyers can get immersed in an interactive presentation of the residences. Major brands of components include Crestron, Cisco Meraki, DP, and Planar.Commercial Projects
Building.co
This is Miami’s premiere co-working space. We worked diligently with the client to design and implement the solution. Our team also created a custom smart phone application that allows the building’s staff to manage all the systems of the building. Principal components: Apple, Cisco Meraki, Crestron, Sony, Siedle, and Visualint.

University of Miami
Interseckt has been a preferred vendor of the University of Miami and the UM Hospital for many years. We have designed and installed many systems for them including public announcement, video conference rooms, and other systems. Our team continues to assist them with many technology matters as well as with servicing their systems.

The Bass Museum
Our team recently designed and installed several audiovisual and presentation systems for The Bass Museum in Miami Beach. Close collaboration with the design team of the project and attention to detail made the project a success.
Costa Rica Resort
We worked with the developer of a resort property in Costa Rica. The resort included several dozen luxury homes as well as common amenity buildings. Interseckt designed and installed the systems of each home and community buildings. Systems included a wireless/wired network, a Crestron control system, and a broad set of audiovisual systems.
Coral Gables Restaurant
We worked with the new owner of this restaurant to update the derelict system there. The lighting, video, and music system have automated scenes that are triggered depending on the schedule of the restaurant. The restaurant converts into a club-like environment where the high performing music system we designed makes everyone dance.
Residences at Vizcaya
The main goal in this project was to design a feature-rich technology system for the residents and easy to maintain by the building management staff. Systems include a Lutron lighting system, Sonance invisible speakers, Siedle access control, and Trufig platforms all integrated with a Crestron control system.
North Broward Preparatory
Our team designed and installed the infrastructure and components for a building wide technology system to support the students and staff at NBPS in their new dormitory building.
